Greetings, Commanders,

Development on War of Dots: Last Stand continues at a steady pace, and version 0.1.2 brings several important updates and refinements to both Battle Mode and Sandbox Mode.

This release introduces:

A new pre-battle phase for tactical unit placement

Pause functionality and an in-game controls display

New sound effects for friendly cavalry and infantry

Multiple gameplay fixes and stability improvements


🛡 Pre-Battle Phase

Before the battle begins, you can now freely position your soldiers on the battlefield. This allows for greater tactical preparation and control over your starting formations.


⏸ Pause & Controls Display

Pause the game at any moment to take a break or rethink your strategy.

A controls overview is now available in-game, helping new and returning players quickly learn the commands.


🎵 Audio Enhancements

Added unique sound effects for friendly cavalry and infantry.

More sound effects for other unit types will arrive in upcoming updates.


🔧 Improvements & Fixes

Fixed various gameplay bugs for smoother performance.

Improved stability and responsiveness in both Battle Mode and Sandbox Mode.
